Job Summary:Landscape Design Architect is responsible for developing innovative landscape concepts that integrate site conditions, client requirements, and environmental aspects. The role oversees the design process from concept to design completion, ensuring aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces.
Job Description Conduct client meeting to identify project needs and design requirements. Conduct initial site visits to assess the project location, site conditions, and environmental aspects Develop innovative concept design proposals aligned with client objectives and site context. Prepare design presentation following selected concept design proposals. Carry-out design development phase, design changes based on client needs. Oversee material selection processes, ensuring alignment with design themes, client preferences, budget, and current market trends. Provide the Visualization team with necessary design data and support throughout project phases Handle F,F&E phase selection matching client’s requirements and design theme. In coordination with design principle, ensure prompt delivery of different deign phases according to set time plan. In coordination with principle architect, update and organize ASquared design library
Job Requirements BSc degree in architectural engineering.3-4 years of experience in landscape design. Proven Experience in Landscape design is a plus. Excellent presentation, communication, and creativity is required.
