Modern Trade Sales Representative – Meat Category

Industry: FMCG / Fresh & Frozen Meat
Reporting To: Key Account Manager / Modern Trade Supervisor
Job Summary:
-Responsible for managing modern trade accounts (Carrefour, Spinneys, Hypermarkets) with a strong focus on fresh and frozen meat products, ensuring product availability, proper cold chain handling, in-store execution, and achieving sales targets while minimizing waste and maximizing product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and develop relationships with modern trade accounts to achieve sales targets
-Execute proper meat merchandising & display standards (butchery section)
-Coordinate with store butchers and section managers for product handling and display
-Track daily sales, stock levels, and shrinkage (waste control)
-mplement promotions and offers tailored for meat products
-Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and product quality
-Support listing of new SKUs and ensure proper shelf/display placement
Handle order collection and ensure timely replenishment
