AmCham Egypt - Recruitment Center is currently hiring a Training Engineer for one of its clients in 6th of October, Giza.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Competence Management: Act as Manufacturing representative for training and competence management. Plan, organize, and deliver internal and external technical training programs, including standard and customized sessions, ensuring readiness, compliance, and transfer of knowledge according to QMS and training management system. Procedures & Continuous Improvement: Participate in the creation and review of procedures, work instructions, and QMS documents. Support technical excellence by applying production equipment operating and settings standards, monitoring training KPIs, analysing deviations, and implementing improvement actions.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or training roles. Knowledge of Lean methodologies, statistical analysis and SAP, and proficiency in MS Office. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of English.
