• Monitoring the volume and movement of daily operation and the preparation of the vehicles required for operation.
• Supervising the movement and timings of car routes, whether to shippers  or company branches, and ensuring the receipt of shipments on time.
• Supervise sorting and matching  of COD shipments  on Excel Sheet and  Sys
• Supervise the undelivered operations  of COD shipments and their matching on Excel Sheet and also on  Sys
• Coordinate and confirm the response to Pre Alert Emails from the Operations Department, either personally or through the team under his leadership.
• Follow-up and confirmation of car maintenance as well as renewal of licenses.
• Review and  approve the Fleet Department's custody  for accounting/procurement.
• Working on an agreement with car owners/car suppliers to work with the company to bridge the existing deficit due to the small number of cars of the company.
• Review the invoices of the car dealers and the owners of the cars used for the company's operation.
• Make a daily report on the volume and movements of receipts from customers – shippers – to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
• Follow up and resolve order problems and changes in customer pick-up schedules.
• Coordinate with the Bulky department to assist in the provision of delivery vehicles.
