Role Description Aldawaa Pharmacies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure accuracy and compliance in filling prescriptions, and provide guidance to pharmacy staff. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory levels, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring all team members adhere to professional and regulatory standards. The Pharmacy Manager will also provide counseling to patients and participate in programs such as immunization and health screenings.
Qualifications Proficiency in Pharmacy Practice and hands-on experience in managing pharmaceutical operations Knowledge of handling prescriptions and dispensing medications with accuracy Familiarity with immunization practices and related healthcare services Leadership abilities and experience in supervising Pharmacy Technicians Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions Pharmacist licensure in good standing with relevant regulatory authorities Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field; advanced degree preferred
