We are looking for a Category Growth Manager to own and scale one of our strategic categories within our fast paced Buy Now, Pay Later ecosystem.
This is an end-to-end ownership role that sits at the intersection of data-driven growth and commercial execution. You will start from insights — using data to identify opportunities — and work backwards to define and execute initiatives that drive measurable impact across both customers and merchants.
You will own several categories and be responsible for growing category performance by combining analytical rigor with strong commercial and partner management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Category Ownership & Strategy- Define and execute the category growth strategy based on deep data analysis and customer/merchant insights- Translate insights into clear, actionable growth initiatives and priorities- Own category performance, including revenue, margins, and key growth levers- Identify white spaces and continuously refine strategy based on performance data
Data-Driven Growth & Insights- Analyze customer behavior, merchant performance, and funnel metrics to uncover growth opportunities- Build hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate based on results- Monitor and optimize the full customer journey (acquisition, activation, retention, repeat usage)- Use segmentation and data insights to drive targeted and efficient growth
Commercial & Merchant Management- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership structuring- Segment merchants based on size, performance, and potential to prioritize efforts and tailor growth strategies- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners based on performance insights- Ensure commercial agreements align with both growth and profitability objectives- Use data to identify underperformance and drive targeted improvement plans with merchants
Planning- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to plan and execute data-driven campaigns and promotions- Own the category calendar and optimize performance across key moments- Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner with Marketing, Product, Risk, Operations, and Sales to deliver category goals- Bring a data-backed perspective to drive alignment and decision-making- Ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement of both merchant and customer experience
Performance Management- Track and own KPIs across revenue, conversion, CAC, LTV, merchant growth, and profitability- Build dashboards, monitor trends, and proactively identify risks and opportunities- Foster a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve performance

Qualifications- 3–6+ years of experience in growth, category management, business development, or commercial roles- Experience in fintech, marketplaces, e-commerce, or consumer platforms is a plus- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions- Exposure to commercial negotiations and partner management is preferred- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
