Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to senior management
- Manage calendars, meetings, and official communications
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Handle confidential documents with professionalism
2. Administrative Coordination
- Act as a link between management and employees
- Coordinate internal communications and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Follow up on requests to ensure timely completion
3. HR Support
- Assist in recruitment coordination (interviews, candidate communication)
- Support HR documentation and reporting
- Coordinate between HR, management, and employees
4. Office Administration
- Manage office supplies and administrative purchases
- Track inventory and ensure availability
- Coordinate with suppliers and control related expenses
