Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and consult high-net-worth individuals regarding our premium residential projects.• Conduct professional site visits and presentations in the 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed areas.• Drive the sales process from lead generation to successful closing.• Build long-term relationships with investors and luxury home seekers.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in the Egyptian real estate market.• Mobility: Must possess a private car and a valid driver's license.• Skills: Proven track record in closing high-value deals and excellent negotiation skills.• Languages: Excellent command of English and professional communication skills.• Appearance: Polished business appearance and professional conduct.
