Role Description We are seeking Bilingual Travel Advisors (French & English) for a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, with some remote working options. The main responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, making travel arrangements, and delivering exceptional customer service to optimize customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.
Qualifications Expertise in Customer Service (Travel industry) Flexibility with 247 rotational shifts Strong Communication skills in both French and English, both written and spoken Experience in arranging and managing Travel Arrangements Background in working with or for a Travel Agency Ability to multitask, solve problems, and adjust quickly to meet client needs Proficiency with travel booking systems and tools is a plus Bachelor's degree or relevant customer service experience in the travel industry
