???? Role Overview This role bridges marketing strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns are well-planned, tracked, automated, and aligned with sales objectives.
✅ Key Responsibilities· Own marketing operations, tools, and workflows· Plan and execute partner and direct marketing campaigns (email, social media, webinars, promotions)· Manage marketing automation, CRM integrations, and lead routing· Track and report on campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI· Coordinate with Business Lead on campaign timing and follow-up· Maintain content calendars and campaign documentation· Improve lead qualification and handover to Business Lead

Requirements· 4+ years' experience in B2B marketing operations or demand generation· Strong experience with CRM, email marketing, and social media campaigns· Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills· Experience in software, Saa S, or B2B tech marketing· Excellent hands-on experience with AI productivity tools· Excellent English (written and spoken)· French language (written and spoken) is a plus
