We are seeking a technical and results-driven Project Manager specializing in kitchen manufacturing to oversee projects from the initial design phase through production and final site installation. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of kitchen projects and exceptional coordination abilities.
Mandatory Qualifications:· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Arts.· Software: Highly proficient in Auto CAD.· Experience: Minimum of 4+ years within the kitchen manufacturing or furniture industry.
Core Responsibilities:1. Technical Coordination & Planning· Review and validate kitchen designs and technical shop drawings for accuracy.· Serve as the primary link between design, factory production, and installation teams.· Develop comprehensive project schedules, detailed material lists, and labor plans.
2. Production Oversight & Site Supervision· Monitor manufacturing progress and directly supervise on-site kitchen installations.· Verify all dimensions, technical specifications, and quality benchmarks are met.· Dynamically manage design updates and client requests during the execution phase.
3. Quality Control & Logistics· Manage relationships with internal teams, external subcontractors, and suppliers.· Track material deliveries to ensure they align with the project timeline.· Identify risks, enforce strict quality standards, and guarantee on-time delivery.
4. Project Completion· Compile final technical documentation and project reports.· Execute formal project handovers and conduct team performance evaluations.
