Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, delivering personalized property consultations, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve staying up-to-date on real estate market trends, conducting property site visits, and ensuring clients receive top-tier service throughout the buying or selling process.
Qualifications Strong consulting and sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets Excellent communication and customer service abilities with a client-centric approach Experience in real estate with a deep understanding of the market and trends Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals effectively Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred Ability to work on-site in Cairo with flexibility and a proactive mindset
