Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Senior Manager will lead the recruitment strategy and execution for e& CX Solutions, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role requires strong expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) recruitment, workforce planning, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will drive innovative sourcing strategies, manage recruitment teams, and align hiring practices with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and efficiency. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for BPO and CX roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions. Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and diversity & inclusion standards. Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning and succession strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience (8+ years) in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Strong background in BPO recruitment and high-volume hiring. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and HR analytics. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
