Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an Operations Assistant with 1+ year of experience to join the team. This role involves ensuring tasks are completed on time, checking that all requirements are met, and managing volunteer screening and interviews. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and can handle operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Task Management & Checklist Maintenance
Ensure that checklists for ongoing tasks are correct and complete.
Track and manage internal processes to ensure no task is overlooked.
Volunteer Management
Screen volunteers, conduct interviews, and coordinate volunteer activities.
Ensure that all volunteers have the tools and support needed to perform their roles effectively.
Communication & Support
Make phone calls to manage operations, assist team members, and provide information.
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience
1+ year of experience in an operational or administrative role.
Skills
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Phone etiquette and effective interpersonal skills.
