What you'll own:All guest communication from booking to checkout Reservation management across Airbnb, Booking.com, and our direct app Pre-arrival coordination, check-in support, and issue resolution Owner-facing updates when needed
You're the right fit if you:Speak fluent Arabic + English (written and verbal) Have 1–3 years in hospitality, STR, or customer-facing ops Stay calm under pressure and solve problems before escalating them Know what "response within 15 minutes" actually means, and live by it Are comfortable with Whats App, PMS tools, and Google Sheets at a minimum
