We are looking for a full-time Automation Engineer to join our growing operations and software team. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows using n8n, Python, APIs, AI tools, databases, and third-party integrations.

You will work directly with leadership to automate real business operations across e-commerce, logistics, accounting, CRM systems, reporting, AI workflows, inventory management, and internal company operations.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving problems, connecting systems together, and building scalable automations that reduce manual work.

You will be trained internally on company systems, workflows, and operational logic.

• Build and maintain automations using n8n
• Develop Python scripts for data processing, scraping, automation logic, APIs, and integrations
• Connect APIs, databases, spreadsheets, CRMs, Slack, email systems, and internal platforms
• Debug and optimize workflow performance and reliability
• Work with AI integrations including OpenAI APIs and automation pipelines
• Build webhook-based systems and event-driven workflows
• Create automations for:
  • Invoice processing
  • Inventory management
  • Reporting
  • Data synchronization
  • Email automation
  • AI-powered operational tools
• Monitor workflow logs and troubleshoot failures
• Collaborate with developers and operations teams
• Document workflows and internal processes
