Hiring: Operations Manager – Restaurants & Cafés

We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager with 10+ years of experience in the restaurant and café industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and operational management skills, with the ability to oversee all branches and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full operations of branches and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage and monitor branch managers and evaluate operational performance.
  • Organize staff schedules, shifts, and workforce planning.
  • Supervise inventory management, stock control, and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene, health, and food safety regulations.
  • Source and manage suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Monitor supply chain operations and ensure timely deliveries from the central kitchen to branches.
  • Follow up on maintenance schedules and resolve operational equipment issues.
  • Coordinate with accounting and administrative departments regarding operational expenses and reporting.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management.
  • Improve customer experience and maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor operational costs and work on increasing efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Handle daily operational challenges and provide effective solutions.
