Horizons, a sister company of a top-notch Number one US Veneer company, is seeking confident and assertive Customer Service agents for our call center office.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or Video calls.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
