* Salary : 12K Net

* Shift: Rotational, (last shift ends at 7 PM )

* Days Off: 2 days off

* Training: 1 week paid

* English Level: B2 - C1

Qualifications

• Effective Communication Skills, both verbal and written
• Customer Service skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally
• Administrative and Data Entry skills
• Problem-solving and Analytical skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus
• Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software is beneficial
