Job Description

• Responsible for receiving a full brief, an outline of footage, a shot list, script, or screenplay.
• Assemble all raw footage, with camera shots either recorded or transferred onto video tape in preparation for inputting into the computer.
• Input uncut rushes and sound, and synchronizing and storing them into files on the computer.
• Digitally cutting the files to put together the sequence of the video and deciding what is usable.
• Create a 'rough cut' (or assembly edit) of the video and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages.
• Reorder and fine-tune the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the film/video.
• Experiment with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements and aftereffect work.
• Suggest or select suitable music.

Job Requirements

• Very good editing skills.
• Very good skill of video editing software tools.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as required
• Familiar with the basics of Adobe After effect
• Has a fair knowledge with coloring , and selecting the best color moods depending on the project
