1. Strategic Leadership: 

• Setup piping, process, and fabrication Divisions.
• Develop and execute business strategies to enhance productivity, profitability, and market expansion. 
• Ensure compliance with ASME, ANSI, API, ASTM, and Saudi Aramco standards. 
• Lead bidding, tendering, and contract negotiations for piping and fabrication projects. 

2. Operations & Production Management: 

• Oversee fabrication workshops, ensuring timely and cost-effective production of process piping systems. 
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to optimize workflow. 
• Manage material procurement, inventory, and supply chain for piping materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy pipes, etc.). 

3. Engineering & Quality Assurance: 

• Supervise design, drafting (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and fabrication processes. 
• Ensure adherence to welding procedures (WPS/PQR), NDT (RT, UT, PT, MT), and QA/QC protocols. 
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors and clients for project approvals. 

4. Project & Financial Management: 

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. 
• Review P&L statements, cost control measures, and financial forecasting. 
• Ensure on-time delivery of projects within scope and budget. 

5. Team & Stakeholder Management: 

• Hire and Lead a multidisciplinary team (engineers, welders, fabricators, inspectors). 
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and government authorities (Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, etc.). 
• Promote a culture of safety, training, and continuous improvement.  

Skills

Education:

Bachelor’s / master’s in mechanical engineering or related field. 

Experience: 

• 20+ years in process piping fabrication, with at least 10 years in a senior management role (GM, Operations Manager, Plant Manager). 
• Extensive knowledge of piping codes (ASME B31.3, B31.1), welding standards (AWS D1.1), and Saudi Aramco procedures. 
• Hands-on experience with piping spools, pressure vessels, structural steel, and pipe supports. 

Skills: 

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. 
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems, project management tools, and MS Office. 
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). 

 Preferred Certifications 

• PMP, Six Sigma, NDT Level II/III, Welding Inspector (CSWIP/AWS). 
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and industrial regulations.
