Roles & Responsibilities
- Specialize in buying and selling residential properties in Dubai’s secondary market
- Proactively build and manage your own client base through networking, referrals, and follow-ups
- Conduct viewings, handle negotiations, and guide clients through the full sales process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
- Present properties confidently and provide honest, informed advice
- Respond to company-generated leads as a supplement to your own pipeline
- Keep CRM records accurate and updated
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate sales market (secondary)
- Strong understanding of area specialization and market segmentation
- Fluent in English; multilingual candidates (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, Hindi, Farsi, etc.) are highly valued
- Excellent communication, closing, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tech tools
- Knowledge of real estate documentation: Form A, B, F, MOU, POA etc.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car
- Presentable, client-focused, and self-motivated with a professional demeanor
