Roles & Responsibilities

  • Specialize in buying and selling residential properties in Dubai’s secondary market
  • Proactively build and manage your own client base through networking, referrals, and follow-ups
  • Conduct viewings, handle negotiations, and guide clients through the full sales process
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
  • Present properties confidently and provide honest, informed advice
  • Respond to company-generated leads as a supplement to your own pipeline
  • Keep CRM records accurate and updated
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate sales market (secondary)
  • Strong understanding of area specialization and market segmentation
  • Fluent in English; multilingual candidates (Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, Hindi, Farsi, etc.) are highly valued
  • Excellent communication, closing, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tech tools
  • Knowledge of real estate documentation: Form A, B, F, MOU, POA etc.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car
  • Presentable, client-focused, and self-motivated with a professional demeanor
