Our client, one of the chemical suppliers in the UAE, is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to join their team. In this role, your responsibilities would include but not limited to:

- Oversee UAE and GCC trucking and rail shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Coordinate with transport providers, drivers, and warehouses to manage daily operations efficiently.
- Logistics Documentation & CompliancePrepare and verify all required shipping documents, including delivery notes, invoices, and customs clearance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with trucking companies and rail transport providers to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery.
- Negotiate transport rates and evaluate vendor performance for continuous improvement.
- Monitor shipments in real-time and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders
- Proactively resolve delays, issues, or route changes by coordinating with transport providers.
