Role Overview  

What You Will Do 

•  Develop market intelligence about the workforce pool in the area of fulfilment centres.
•  Understand market dynamics, price sensitivity and then design and maintain data base to take decisions on manpower strategy.
•  Ability to maintain, arrange and present data with actionable pointers
•  Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and improve candidate acquisition and retention.
•  Work on product requirement build capabilities to improve efficiency of marketing spend.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with recruitment goals.
•  Analyze market trends and candidate behavior to identify and capitalize on recruitment opportunities.

Basic Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
• 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience in HR, Fulfillment center, logistics.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent ownership, communication and presentation abilities
• Attention to detail and data-driven decision making
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
