Job Description
- Should be well conversant with SEC standards.
- Should be well conversant with all international design standards not limited to ACI, IEEE 691-2001.
- Should have hands on experience on all types of Tower Foundations with special emphasis on Deep foundations.
- Should have knowledge on STAAD Pro, STAAD Foundation and MATHCAD.
- Should have worked on Lattice and Monopole tower foundations.
- Should have good communication skills.
- Should be capable to design and defend the design against approval authorities including SEC, NGSA and RC.
- Should have basic understanding about Transmission lines project requirements including tower families and gantries for various voltage levels.
- Lead the preparation of Civil, Architectural, and Structural designs, ensuring alignment with quality standards and project timelines.
- Oversee and implement design workflows and processes to ensure compliance with internal quality controls and execution requirements.
- Enforce the application of QMS procedures throughout all design development stages.
- Ensure adherence to relevant PTS, SEC Standards and international standards for the projects.
- Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded through effective project delivery.
- Manage the archiving of project documents in accordance with the company's Document Management System (DMS).
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with evolving standards, codes, and regulations relevant to structural engineering.
- Coordinate effectively with other disciplines and functional sections to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
