Job Description/duties/responsibilities
- Leading ICT governance team members and providing guidance and facilities to them
- Follow up and review team activities
- Development and compliance assurance with IT Governance Framework, policies and procedures within enterprise environment
- Risk management within enterprise environment
- Management and updating of IT service catalog
- Administrating ITSM platform
- Planning and Management of security awareness activities
- Planning and management of external audits and ensuring compliance
- Managing budgets and vendors related activities
- Assuring always updated on areas of interest for role

- Applying and measuring metrics according to IT standard frameworks like: ITIL, COBIT
- Skilled in developing and implementing GRC strategies, risk management and compliance.
- Skilled in developing IT performance metrics and reporting
- Skilled in policy development and implementation
- Skilled in auditing and compliance practices
- Excel and data analysis
