Job Description/duties/responsibilities

  • Leading ICT governance team members and providing guidance and facilities to them
  • Follow up and review team activities
  • Development and compliance assurance with IT Governance Framework, policies and procedures within enterprise environment
  • Risk management within enterprise environment
  • Management and updating of IT service catalog
  • Administrating ITSM platform
  • Planning and Management of security awareness activities
  • Planning and management of external audits and ensuring compliance
  • Managing budgets and vendors related activities
  • Assuring always updated on areas of interest for role

 

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, Engineering, Business major)

Experience:

  • From 3 to 5 Years of experience 
  • Experience with IT technologies, operations, software and hardware
  • Business operations knowledge
  • Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders

Skills:

  • Applying and measuring metrics according to IT standard frameworks like: ITIL, COBIT
  • Skilled in developing and implementing GRC strategies, risk management and compliance.
  • Skilled in developing IT performance metrics and reporting
  • Skilled in policy development and implementation
  • Skilled in auditing and compliance practices
  • Excel and data analysis

Soft Skills:

  • Emotional Intelligence: Empathize with team members, manage conflicts, and build strong relationships.
