We’re searching for a motivated and detail-focused Logistics & Inventory Assistant to play a vital role in the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that inventory flows efficiently, shipments go out accurately, and intercompany coordination stays seamless. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Oversee goods receiving, order dispatch, and internal item movements across three warehouses
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and system updates in ZOHO Inventory
- Track serial numbers and reconcile inventory records with physical stock
- Ensure stock is packed correctly, labelled properly, and ready for dispatch
Documentation & Coordination
- Prepare and process essential documents: Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Notes, AWBs, and Item Receive Notes
- Ensure all data entry in ZOHO Inventory is timely and correct
- Review incoming purchase orders and outgoing sales orders for accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to assure readiness of client orders
Shipment & Processing
- Create packages for client shipments and verify packing quality before handoff
- Monitor daily dispatch schedules and ensure shipments are processed on time
- Liaise with couriers and logistics partners for tracking and resolution of delivery issues
Skills
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 1–3 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management
- Are comfortable working with ERP systems (ZOHO experience is a bonus)
- Have sharp attention to detail and a knack for spotting discrepancies
- Are familiar with supply chain documentation and basic shipping workflows
- Enjoy working with teams and communicating across departments
- Thrive on structure, deadlines, and getting things packed right the first time
