Join a music industry leader with one of the most followed Arabic YouTube networks. As a YouTube Specialist, you’ll manage channels that shape digital engagement across the Arab world.

Job Responsibilities:

• YouTube CMS & Channel Management
• Responsible for making sure that all linked channels follow YouTube’s content policies and guidelines.
• CMS and Analytics Basic.
• Rights management in CMS / Meta.
• Manage the Content conflict.
• Monitor content performance metrics and adjust content plans as needed to optimize engagement and viewership.
• Editing and optimizing videos for search and discovery on YouTube.
• Create detailed content calendars and schedules for the YouTube channel, ensuring a consistent and timely release of content.
• Communication and coordination internally.
• Support the rest of the team with technical training.

Qualifications:

·        1-2 years of experience in the same role.

·        Very good command of English.

·        YouTube Certified and Updated.

·        Excellent understanding of CMS Tricks and techniques to manage the content well. 

·        Collaborate with rights holders to resolve copyright issues.

·        Deep understanding of music publishing rights.

·        Deep understanding of copyrights rules to avoid strikes.

·        Stay updated with YouTube's policies and guidelines regarding copyright and community standards.

·        Very Good with Ms Excel.

·        Very good communication and soft skills.

·        Attention to detail.

·        Very good organizational and time-management skills. 

·        Self-motivated and results-driven.
