Job Description

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales activities for plastic film products. This includes building strong relationships with customers, promoting products, handling inquiries and orders, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial support.
• Promote the company's plastic film products to new and existing clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on orders.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Collect market intelligence and report on customer feedback and competitor activities.
• Support in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend exhibitions and support customer visits.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Marketing, or a related technical field.
• 2–7years of experience in industrial or packaging product sales; experience with plastic films is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand product specifications and technical details.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
