About the Role:

You will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, analyzing tender documents, drafting BOQs, and tracking variations across multiple civil projects executed overseas. You will collaborate with BIM specialists, estimators, and project engineers to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Performing detailed quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Preparing BOQ.
• Reviewing tender documents to identify risks, constraints, and exclusions.
• Collaborating with the BIM team to verify quantities.
• Supporting cost planning and subcontractor pricing analysis.
• Tracking project variations and change impacts during execution.
