Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Good knowledge in design and shop-drawing of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC 501) and international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC)
• Oversee mechanical drawings, designs, and technical drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, Structure and Electrical Design Teams.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
• Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience,
• Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit is must
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
