Job Description
Project Coordination & Execution ✅ Oversee and manage daily work across Concrete, Stamped Concrete, Tiling, Plastering, and Steel Structure Framing & Fencing Teams. ✅ Ensure all work is executed according to project timelines, design plans, and safety standards. ✅ Monitor site progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective measures. Design & Technical Support ✅ Prepare, review, and optimize structural designs for civil works. ✅ Advise on material selection, construction methods, and cost-saving strategies. ✅ Ensure compliance with Lebanese construction codes and international engineering standards. Site Supervision & Quality Control ✅ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets project specifications. ✅ Approve materials and oversee installation processes to maintain quality control. ✅ Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Team Management & Coordination ✅ Lead and assign tasks to civil work teams to optimize efficiency. ✅ Coordinate with subcontractors, material suppliers, and other engineering departments. ✅ Ensure proper workforce and resource allocation for smooth operations. Client & Stakeholder Communication ✅ Prepare and present progress reports to senior management. ✅ Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow. ✅ Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs. Documentation & Reporting ✅ Maintain accurate project documentation and work progress reports. ✅ Ensure compliance with permits, approvals, and legal documentation.
Skills
Technical Skills 🔹 Strong knowledge of concrete structures, stamped concrete, tiling, plastering, and steel framing. 🔹 Experience in structural analysis, project execution, and civil site work. 🔹 Proficiency in AutoCAD & and MS Project (or similar). 🔹 Familiarity with construction codes, safety standards, and quality control processes. Project Management & Coordination 🔹 Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously. 🔹 Strong leadership and organizational skills. 🔹 Experience in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and material procurement. Communication & Problem-Solving 🔹 Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills. 🔹 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 🔹 Ability to handle on-site challenges and disputes professionally.
