Black & Grey HR is hiring a General Manager – Operations & Factory Head for our client, a fast-growing company in eco-friendly and energy-saving lighting solutions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees factory operations, production, procurement, quality control, and strategic growth while ensuring efficiency, innovation, and compliance with Saudi Vision 2030.

Responsibilities:

-   Oversee factory operations, ensuring optimal productivity, cost efficiency, and machinery upkeep.

-   Develop production schedules, manage material flow, and optimize processes for cost reduction.

-   Lead R&D for LED lighting products, smart solutions, and technology advancements.

-   Ensure compliance with ISO, SASO, and quality assurance standards.

-   Manage supply chain, vendor relationships, and procurement strategies.

-   Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performance work culture.

-   Identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement crisis management plans.

-   Align operations with business growth, drive expansion, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills

-   B.Tech/BE in Engineering or related field.

-   Proven leadership in LED lighting manufacturing, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

-   Expertise in electronic circuit design, PCB design, and LED technology.

-   Strong knowledge of SASO certification and quality assurance.

-   Experience in supply chain optimization, vendor management, and cost control.

-   Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
