Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• ·Supervise and execute civil works (excavation, foundations, concreting, structural, and infrastructure) as per project drawings and specifications.
• ·Monitor daily site activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• ·Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines for smooth site operations.
• ·Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• ·Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and conduct regular site safety inspections.
• ·Track progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and update project management.
• ·Manage materials, tools, and manpower to ensure efficient site execution.
• ·Raise and close site technical queries (STQs) and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• ·Liaise with QA/QC and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned civil works and support commissioning activities if required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineeriong
• Knowledge of civil construction methods and standards (ACI, BS, ASTM)
• Experience in oil & gas site execution and coordination (ADNOC experience preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings
• Understanding of HSE and PTW systems
• familiar with QA/QC procedures and inspections
• Basic surveying and material testing knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Good communication and team coordination skills
