Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a vital link between the regional sales team, clients, and technical departments to support streamlined operations, deliver accurate technical proposals, and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily technical‑sales operations: process orders, track shipments, and manage sales documentation
- Draft and support preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations, and RFP/RFQ packages
- Maintain and update CRM systems with sales activities, client communications, and pipeline data
- Liaise with internal teams (procurement, finance, engineering, technical support) to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution
- Serve as primary client contact for order status, delivery schedules, and after‑sales inquiries
- Monitor sales metrics, generate performance reports, and assist in forecasting trends and targets
- Support sales events, trade shows, client demos, and marketing campaigns
- Ensure sales documentation (contracts, technical bids) complies with internal policies and is audit‑ready
