Job Description

• Establish quality control procedures and protocols for the 3D printing, CNC, lost wax casting, chain, and metal forming production areas.
• Monitor production processes and perform regular quality audits to identify and address any issues or deviations from standards.
• Analyze quality data, recommend corrective actions, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot problems and provide technical guidance on quality-related matters.
• Maintain detailed documentation on quality control measures, test results, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and the company's quality management system.
• Train and mentor production staff on quality best practices
• Stay up to date with the latest quality control methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably majors Mechatronics or Production. 
• 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role, preferably manufacturing, or a related industry
• Proficient in quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, Lean Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to interpret specifications, and quality data.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
