Job Description

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tariffs, regulations, and other restrictions that may affect the company’s ability to import goods
• Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders & shipping lines for all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues.
• Follow-up day to day operation for import shipments according to customs standard procedures
• Maintain ISO requirements by updating all internal sheets daily and keep scan of all documents on company shared folder
• Collaborate with various departments and obtain all documents and ensure compliance with customers’ requirements
• Check on Nafesa System (Customs website) that freight forwarder had issued initial export certificate, and all data submitted are correct
• Manage all courier shipments (outbound & inbound)
• Prepare and submit all required documents for import support
• Follow-up day to day operation of fleet

Job Requirements

● BSc degree in Logistics or relevant field

● Proven work experience as an logistics specialist

● Good experience in fleet management

● Excellent communication skills

● Excellent English Language
