Job Description

• Review and assess architectural façade designs to ensure compliance with project
  specifications, aesthetic goals, structural integrity, and applicable codes.
•  Redesign façade according to owner instructions
•  shop drawings based on consultant comments, site constraints.
•  Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure façade detailing aligns with
  overall architectural and engineering plans.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) related to
  façade elements.
• Conduct cost analysis and assist in budget preparation related to façade systems and
  materials.
• Propose and evaluate value engineering options to optimize façade performance and
  reduce costs without compromising quality or design intent.
• Prepare and review technical submittals.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants for façade-related technical
  clarifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in façade design, engineering, or site implementation.
• Proven experience working on high-rise, commercial, or complex architectural façade systems.
• Experience in façade system types: unitized curtain walls, stick systems, cladding, aluminum systems, glass facades, etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and façade-specific design tools (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper, THERM, or equivalent).
• Understanding of materials used in façade systems (glass, aluminum, composite panels, stone, etc.).
• Ability to review and prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-up documentation.
• Experience coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors.
• Ability to manage façade design review and approvals process.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
