About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst
to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for tracking and
reporting KPIs, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven
decisions across the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders
to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable
insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and automate reports to monitor performance across departments.
• Track key business metrics and KPIs, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through dashboards and visualizations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data needs.

• Perform data cleaning, validation, and analysis using statistical methods.
• Support ad hoc analysis and business cases as needed.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

• Strong skills in Excel, data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience working with large datasets, data cleaning, and preparation.

• Solid understanding of analytics, statistics, and performance tracking.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Python or other analytical tools is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or fast-paced, data-driven environments.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, forecasting, or predictive analytics.
• Python is preferred
