Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with TMG's business objectives and enhance market presence.
- Lead the planning and execution of holistic marketing strategies, encompassing online, offline, and on-ground activations.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI and meet financial goals.
- Oversee creative direction and media planning, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with sales, PR, design, and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with agencies, media partners, and external vendors to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform strategy.
- Manage multiple holding accounts, ensuring effective reporting and accountability for all marketing activities.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on real estate marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in online/offline marketing and executing 360° marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of media planning, branding, and campaign management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; a degree in Mass Communication is a strong plus.
- Relevant marketing diplomas or certifications are advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
