Job responsibility:
Trade & Channel Marketing
- Coordinate with local distributors and key retailers to plan and execute in-store activations, POS campaigns, and visibility programs.
- Monitor trade marketing activities and performance, ensuring alignment with brand standards and sales goals.
- Track and analyze channel ROI, making recommendations for improvement and efficiency.
- Assist in developing and rolling out channel-specific marketing toolkits.
Product Strategy Support:
- Work cross-functionally to support the launch and rollout of key strategic SKUs in the Egyptian market.
- Assist in the localization and implementation of product messaging, ensuring consistency and relevance.
2C Engagement & Insights:
- Plan and execute consumer engagement campaigns, including events, digital activations, and sampling programs.
- Collaborate with research teams to gather local market insights, consumer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- Summarize and present findings to support decision-making on communication, promotion, and innovation strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business studies, Sales, Marketing or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing function from tobacco/vape/FMCG or Consumer Electronics industry;
- Knowledgeable in trade marketing, retail management, POSM development & supply chain; consumer insight oriented with good case of in-store activation;
- Good analytical skills, strategy mindset and critical thinking;
- Entrepreneurship Mindset. Highly responsible and result oriented. Able to multitask, work under pressure and tight timelines;
- Good communication skills with the ability to build trusting relations with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- English as working language.
