Yomn is a new breed of consultancy dedicated to social impact, economic development, and innovation. Our ultimate goal is improving people’s lives - including but not limited to health, climate change, education, women empowerment, sustainable tourism, arts & culture, etc. With three offices located in Egypt and Saudi Arabia and over 30 employees, we engage with prestigious government agencies, corporations, NGOs, and non-profit organizations. We help these clients understand what their stakeholders’ social needs are and execute effective initiatives that address those.
The role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead our digital presence—from strategy to content creation to performance monitoring.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys translating complex ideas into compelling content, working across multiple platforms, and managing fast-moving campaigns that drive visibility and engagement.
You’ll manage content calendars, storytelling, performance reporting, and brand-building initiatives across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Strategies: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Content creation and Platform management: Plan, create, and manage high-quality, engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including visuals, carousels, text, images, videos, and infographics. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to transform insights into compelling narratives. Manage day-to-day publishing across platforms
Community Management: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms and respond in a timely, professional manner. Managing conversations and fostering positive interactions with followers.
Advertising Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns across key platforms.
Performance Analytics: Track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and use insights to improve future content and engagement. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to ensure best practices.
Brand Consistency: Maintain brand voice and visual identity across all digital content. Support brand-building initiatives such as campaigns, activations, and stakeholder storytelling.
Influencer and Partner Collaboration: Identify and coordinate with relevant partners or content creators to amplify reach and impact.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or similar
- Proven track record managing multi-platform campaigns
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Based in Cairo, Egypt
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
