Job Description

We are currently seeking junior-level BIM Modelers based on Saudi Arabia with 1–3 years of experience and a strong command of Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to join our multidisciplinary team. Open Roles:

• BIM Modeler – Civil
• BIM Modeler – Mechanical
• BIM Modeler – Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update discipline-specific 3D models using Revit.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination processes using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Assist in preparing drawings, layouts, and model-based documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.

Skills

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a BIM modeling role.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Sound understanding of construction and detailing for your discipline (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ISO 19650 or other BIM standards.
• Experience with automation tools such as Dynamo is a plus.
