• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, and more)
• Lead and mentor a team of media buyers and digital marketers to ensure high performance and continuous learning
• Oversee daily campaign management, budget allocation, and performance optimization
• Monitor key KPIs and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and in-depth analysis
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign effectiveness
• Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align messaging and maximize performance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving measurable results
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing marketing teams
• Deep understanding of advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making
