Key responsibilities;
- Plan and schedule daily content across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more to create an engaging and active presence.
- Monitor DMs and comments, looking to respond to followers with an on-brand tone that encourages community and conversation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with influencers and content creators for product seeding, partnerships, and campaigns to increase brand reach.
- Help support product drop launches, teasers, and countdowns with creative ideas and timely execution to build buzz and excitement.
- Track and analyze engagement data regularly, making adjustments to improve organic reach and interactions, and overall performance.
- Remain aware of the latest trends, memes, and platform changes to keep content timely, topical, and native to the channel.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align visual design, messaging, and timing for a consistent experience for our audience.
Qualifications;
- 5+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement, and content planning.
- Experience in written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Experience with scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or others.
- Proactive in jumping on trends, and engage with followers authentically.
- Experience in coordinating influencer or creator partnerships is a plus.
- Comfortable analyzing post-performance metrics and able to make data-driven decisions to increase results.
- Creative thinker - can adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
- Ability to multitask and excel in fast-paced environments
