[In this role you will be]
- Responsible to design incentive, pricing and operational strategies for some cities
- Plan and execute incentive campaigns to drive user growth, improve retention, and optimize operational ROI.
- Assist in the development and configuration of localized pricing strategies, ensuring both competitiveness and profitability.
- Conduct user study, including rider and driver surveys and interviews, to gather local insights and improve service experience.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to identify and resolve pain points in the app experience for both riders and drivers.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze city-level data trends, and proactively suggest optimization initiatives.

- Strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in data collection and operational execution, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-enabled environment.
- A passion for problem-solving and the curiosity to deeply understand diverse user behaviors.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English to effectively interact with internal teams and external users.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset—someone who’s not afraid to get out in the field, take initiative, and make things happen.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
