Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales deals over the phone and generate new business opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, offering practical solutions
- Review and process customer sales orders via SAP and OrderPro
- Coordinate with distribution teams for timely and efficient deliveries
- Communicate stock availability, product aging, and credit status to customers
- Assist with sales forecasting and ensure forecast accuracy by collecting relevant data
- Prepare and submit timely sales and activity reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service and/or sales
- At least 2 years in a relevant role
- GCC experience is a strong advantage
- Proficient in sales techniques, lead generation, and tele-sales
- Strong skills in order management systems, especially SAP
- Excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
