Key Responsibilities:

  • Close sales deals over the phone and generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, offering practical solutions
  • Review and process customer sales orders via SAP and OrderPro
  • Coordinate with distribution teams for timely and efficient deliveries
  • Communicate stock availability, product aging, and credit status to customers
  • Assist with sales forecasting and ensure forecast accuracy by collecting relevant data
  • Prepare and submit timely sales and activity reports


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service and/or sales
  • At least 2 years in a relevant role
  • GCC experience is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in sales techniques, lead generation, and tele-sales
  • Strong skills in order management systems, especially SAP
  • Excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
