The Role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who gets both sides of the game: creative + strategic. Someone who can understand a business, build a strategy around it, and drive growth through social and digital channels. You’ll work alongside our content creators, performance marketers, and account managers to lead social across multiple brands.


What You'll Be Doing:

- Build and execute tailored social media strategies for each client

- Work closely with content creators — ideate, brief, and give input to ensure we tell stories that move the needle

- Track KPIs, analyze what’s working, and report performance with clear insights and actions

- Oversee and manage content calendars across platforms to ensure timely and strategic publication.

- Collaborate closely with Community Management & Engagement Specialists to align content boosting strategies with monthly KPIs.

- Work in coordination with Performance Marketing teams to ensure paid advertising efforts are aligned with broader content and campaign goals.- Offer quality control on all content before it goes out

- Be a key player in client growth — from startup to enterprise


You Should Be:

- Strategic and analytical — can back decisions with data and drive results

- Creative and sharp — understands trends, formats, hooks, and how to tell a damn good story

- Friendly and confident — you’ll be client-facing at times, and part of video shoots

- Obsessed with quality and growth — nothing average gets past you

- Experienced in both B2B and B2C accounts


Must-Haves:

- 3+ years in a social media or digital strategy role

- Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram

- Experience working with content creators, video teams, and performance marketers

- Fluent in content planning, reporting, and community management tools

- Based in Dubai and available to work onsite


Screening Process:

Shortlisted candidates will go through an initial interview followed by a practical screening task to assess social media management, strategy thinking, and technical execution.


Reporting To:

You’ll report directly to our Account Manager and Marketing Director.


Bonus if you:

- Have experience growing brands from scratch

- Can build reports that don’t put people to sleep

- Love coming up with big ideas as much as tracking small details
