Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training and development needs across departments through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with business leaders and HRBPs.
- Design and deliver learning programs (in-person and virtual) tailored to employee and organizational needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and ensure quality delivery of outsourced learning initiatives.
- Support the implementation of leadership development programs and talent development strategies.
- Monitor L&D KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of trends in learning technologies and suggest innovations for continuous learning culture
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelors degree minimum qualification
- Must be UAEN
- 3 years minimum in L&D
- must have experience in design and delivery of L&D programs
