Job Description
- Manage the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of sales-related documents (e.g., contracts, proposals, quotations, service agreements, compliance records).
- Track document versions and updates to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the sales team.
- Support sales personnel in retrieving critical documents during audits, client inquiries, or negotiations.
- Collaborate with Finance, and Sales departments to streamline document workflows.
- Conduct regular audits to verify document integrity and compliance.
Skills
- 2+ years in document control, records management, preferably in industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
