Job Description

  1. Manage the creation, revision, distribution, and archiving of sales-related documents (e.g., contracts, proposals, quotations, service agreements, compliance records).
  2. Track document versions and updates to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the sales team.
  3. Support sales personnel in retrieving critical documents during audits, client inquiries, or negotiations.
  4. Collaborate with Finance, and Sales departments to streamline document workflows.
  5. Conduct regular audits to verify document integrity and compliance.

Skills

  1. 2+ years in document control, records management, preferably in industry.
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF tools.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
